this photo "The third eye" or "A dervish femme" is my own modern vision of depicting dervish or islamic-mystical whirling in a way that echoes my multicultural approach to spirituality.
I would love to experiment more in the future with dervish dancing, as in this project I allowed the model to dance as she wished, so she did her own mix of different traditional styles including dervish whirling.
