I’m a Syrian born multicultural kind of person. For me life is a fascinating worth living journey with all its ups and down.
Artistically speaking, I’m studying graphic design at IUST in Syria, and my graduation is due this spring. Though there are not many big achievements to mention on the artistic side so far, but I've participated in a couple of workshops, the latest and the brightest I may say is "editorial design" with Creative Dialogue Association, Design Road program in July 2010. creativedialogue.net
I’m currently occupying three part-time Jobs, a graphic designer at LAA, a voice dubbing artist for Spacetoon & Spacepower kids’ channels and a radio announcer at Version FM radio station.
My radio announcing job has been full of many rich experiences, in the summer of 2009 I did a weekly cultural news program in English, it was called Version Magazine and included reports and interviews with Syrian artists, musicians or specialists on topics I chose to discuss based on national or international events at that time.
Later in the fall of 2009 I had a weekly “food for thought” program called “High tea” that lasted for 9 months which I prepared its required material and chose featured music for every week. Since October 2010 I've joined the morning program, which as you all know, morning shows are quite a big deal in the radio world. I do a weekly segment on the latest positive-psychology news and cognitive therapy general tips.
